Etiquette Guidelines

At Cinnamon Spa and Salon, we strive to create an atmosphere of tranquillity, professionalism, and luxury. To ensure a harmonious experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you observe the following etiquette guidelines:

  •    ● Respectful Conduct: Please respect our staff and other spa guests by refraining from smoking, being noisy, and consuming alcohol while visiting the spa. We aim to provide a safe, caring, and peaceful environment for everyone.

  •    ● Punctuality: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow ample time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment time. A 50% charge will be applied for appointments not cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time. To ensure availability, we encourage you to schedule your next appointment before leaving the spa.

  •    ● Medical Information: For your safety and well-being, please disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking. Some services may not be suitable for certain conditions, and our therapists need this information to provide appropriate care. Kindly complete the questionnaire form provided by the therapist before your treatment.

  •    ● Cleanliness and Hygiene: We maintain a strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. All equipment used for services and treatments is sterilized and sanitized. Our spa is smoke-free, reflecting our concern for your health, beauty, and the environment.

  •    ● Attire and Privacy: We provide Kikois (Swahili sarongs) for you to wear during your spa experience. Treatments can be enjoyed without clothing, as our therapists use draping techniques to protect your privacy. However, you may choose to wear your own underwear, swimwear, or disposable briefs provided by us.

  •    ● Valuables: To ensure the security of your belongings, please place any valuables in the provided jewellery box. We recommend avoiding bringing irreplaceable items, as we cannot be held responsible for their security.

  •    ● Mobile Devices: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and out of consideration for other guests, please switch off or silence your mobile devices during your time at the spa.

  •    ● Group Events: Cinnamon Spa and Salon is pleased to accommodate group events such as birthday parties, bridal parties, and social gatherings. Please contact us in advance to reserve your preferred date. A 50% non-refundabledeposit will be required for all services booked for group events.

  •    ● Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer a ‘re-do’ consultation. Please book this consultation before leaving, and we will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
